Problem Reports (PRs) are records of issues found during software lifecycle processes. These issues are taken care and solved throughout a process of PRs analysis, assessment and evaluation by a team comprised of software development, program management, verification and quality assurance members.
 
PRs are classified according to their impact on safety (Type X: 0 (most severe) to 3 (less severe)).A dedicated tool is used for recording, tracking and implementing of the Problem Reports.
